Core Bros Painting LLC is a new and rapidly growing painting company based in the Hamptons on Long Island, NY, and we’re looking to build a strong, reliable team of skilled professionals who are serious about their craft and ready to grow with us.
We are currently seeking experience with 3+ years of industry experience for W2 positions available—no subcontractors or 1099s. This is on-the-books work with opportunities for overtime and weekend hours.

- Consistent 40-hour work week, Monday–Friday
- Optional Saturdays and Sundays available

- Minimum 3 years professional painting experience
- Must be proficient in:
- Spraying (using spray machines)
- Cutting
- Rolling
- Staining
- Surface prep and finishing work
- Drug & Alcohol FREE environment. Zero Tolerance
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must speak English
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
- Must be team-oriented and able to work well with others
Foreman Positions Available:
We’re also hiring crew foremen to help lead projects. If you have leadership experience and can manage crews efficiently while maintaining quality standards, we want to hear from you. Some construction experience is a bonus.
